ShenPoker Platform Rules

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "the Player", or "you") and ShenPoker (hereinafter "ShenPoker", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at shenpoker.cam.

By accessing the ShenPoker platform, completing the account registration process, or making use of any service offered on or through shenpoker.cam, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

ShenPoker operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players located in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform offers live casino games, poker, sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), and UFC — slots, crash games, and related entertainment products. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ShenPoker platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising both real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or free bet credits awarded to a Player, subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
• "Device" means any internet-enabled device through which the Player accesses the Platform, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification procedures ShenPoker is required to perform prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.
• "Platform" means the ShenPoker website at shenpoker.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and gaming content hosted thereon.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means ShenPoker and its associated operating entities.
• "You", "Player", "User" means the individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is subject to these Terms.

Account Eligibility

Registration and participation on the ShenPoker platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You warrant and represent that you satisfy all of the below at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. ShenPoker enforces a minimum age of 21, consistent with the requirements applicable to casino-style gambling in the markets we serve.
2. You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, syndicate, or group.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.
4. You are not a resident of, or located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of Account use.
5. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
6. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of ShenPoker or any of its affiliated entities.
7. You have not previously had an Account on ShenPoker terminated, suspended, or closed for a violation of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the ShenPoker Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances, including winnings, held across all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your Account profile if any details change.

ShenPoker reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason for such refusal.

Terms of Use

By using the ShenPoker Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will not access or attempt to access the Platform through automated means, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools designed to gain unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its servers, networks, or systems.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any part of the Platform's software.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain, or participate in any scheme intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• You accept that gambling involves an element of financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of the funds deposited into your Account.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, engage in fraud, or carry out any other financial crime. ShenPoker cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required.

The Platform is intended for personal recreational use only. Using ShenPoker for professional or commercial gambling operations, running gambling-related businesses through the Platform, or otherwise using your Account for anything beyond personal play is prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ShenPoker supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the selected method is cryptocurrency, in which case the applicable conversion rate at time of transaction will apply.

ShenPoker reserves the right to withhold, delay, or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and provided with an opportunity to respond.

Bonuses & Promotions

ShenPoker offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms (commonly expressed as X10, X15, or X20 of the bonus amount).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round is typically MYR 300 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Zero contribution games will be specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit).
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated, only one promotional offer may be active at any one time per Account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonus offers carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ShenPoker Platform are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each product type. Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, and UFC — are subject to the specific sporting event rules communicated on the Platform's betting interface.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all ShenPoker products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ShenPoker will not reverse, amend, or void confirmed bets except where a palpable error (manifestly incorrect odds or game data) is identified, or where the underlying event is cancelled or voided under the applicable sporting rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game round, ShenPoker's system records shall be the definitive reference for determining the validity and outcome of the affected game round.
• ShenPoker reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the bet was placed after the outcome was already determined (late bets).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and market type. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at ShenPoker's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ShenPoker Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or in violation of any applicable local or national law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, sharing hole cards, or engaging in any form of chip dumping in poker or other skill-based games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered error are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ShenPoker staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, deposit limits, or other responsible gambling controls.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ShenPoker Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade dress — is the property of ShenPoker or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or transfer any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ShenPoker.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShenPoker, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

ShenPoker provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though we maintain industry-standard security practices to minimise such risks.

In no event shall ShenPoker's total aggregate liability to you for any cause arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

ShenPoker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activity.
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe.
• The Player is found to be located in or to be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require ShenPoker to do so.

Upon closure of an Account, any eligible real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard anti-money laundering checks.

Players may also voluntarily request Account closure by contacting the ShenPoker support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Responsible Gambling

ShenPoker is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the amount they can lose over a defined period. When the limit is reached, gaming activity is paused automatically until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to control the amount of time spent on the Platform in any given sitting.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent exclusions are irrevocable.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net wagering activity within the current session.

ShenPoker enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support. Amendments to Terms

ShenPoker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players — typically by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The date on which these Terms were most recently updated is clearly stated at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ShenPoker holds its operational authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between you and ShenPoker, you agree to first attempt resolution through ShenPoker's customer support team. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms as specified by ShenPoker's applicable regulatory framework.
